Available for immediate delivery is this impressive Prevost XL 2000 Vantare produced by the premium coachbuilder Featherlite. For many images and information, go to http://prevostvantare.tripod.com/ . The coach is 40’ making it maneuverable with superlative drive and riding qualities. The floor plan is favorable to touring with two opposing leather sofas offering ample seating in the salon. Many larger coaches add room for a dining nook and add some closet space without really improving design features. This coach seems perfect. The coach does not have slides, which also often affect floor plans in an undesirable way and add weight to the chassis. The coach has accumulated 101,000 miles on the powerful Series 60DDEC 500HP Detroit with the Pro-Driver system coupled with the Allison World six-speed transmission. The coach has been described by the Featherlite service team, which maintains the coach, as “extra clean”. The salon features marble flooring with design carpeting with the leather electric fold down seating. Every shade in the coach operates with the touch of a button. The entertainment system features in motion satellite, a new BOSE surround, two televisions plus a bay entertainment system. The galley area is in corian counters with a side-by-side refrigerator and microwave/convection cooking system, recessed cook tops and Insta Hot water. The stateroom has a cross queen, a credenza aft with loads of storage-closet space (all lined in cedar). Three CruisAirs maintain comfort inside and the power is generated with a 17.5kw diesel generator. The tasteful color scheme is beige, laser red, roman bronze and cabernet. The overall length measures 40 feet, the width is 102 inches, carries 160 gallons of fuel, 142 gal fresh, 63 gal black and 66 gal gray. |
